Accounts Payable Officer (LUM94)
WHAT WE DO
The post holder will offer a customer focussed responsive and quality administrative shared service whilst ensuring efficient, accurate and timely processing of accounts payable invoices and credit notes.
In particular, the post holder will have responsibility for registering of invoices, timely matching of invoices to purchase orders and the creation of payment files. The post holder will, at all times, comply with Luminate Education Group financial regulations and procedures and maintain a pro-active and diligent approach to fraud awareness.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
The post holder will have responsibility for the registering of invoices and the timely matching of invoices to purchase orders. Creation of complete and accurate payment files. Supplier statement reconciliations. Deal with incoming mail and queries. Maintain effective manual and electronic filing systems.
Experienced Conscientious Use initiative Highly organised Effective communicator Confident Good IT skills.

Fitness to work; this is conducted by our Occupational Health Provider
Section 128 check for all staff entering management roles
Prohibition check for all staff entering teaching related roles
Please Note: All successful applicants who have lived or travelled overseas for three months or more in the past five years will be required to undertake an overseas check as part of the pre-employment checks.
