We currently have a great opportunity for a Commercial Delivery Manager to join our College, to be responsible for managing the delivery of commercial training, developing new products and services in line with market demand, whilst contributing to the strategic direction and operational effectiveness of the College.

The Role

You’ll deliver on key performance indicators across the college, aiming to deliver continuous improvement, whilst ensuring all responsibilities are carried out in a way that reflects the standards, values of the College.

Reporting to the Head of Apprenticeships, you’ll promote the College with employers, sector bodies and the local community, developing effective partnerships with employers, the funding agencies and other representative bodies, in addition to promoting our Safeguarding practice, EDI, Health and Safety and the wellbeing of all our students and staff.

About You

Self motivated, with enthusiasm, have experience of successfully managing, developing and motivating staff, managing budgets and a strong financial acumen. With experience of liaising with a range of agencies and corporate entities, forming successful partnerships working in schools, colleges or training providers, you’ll achieve targets and have the ability to plan, prioritise and organise your workload. A recognised teaching qualification (or the willingness to achieve), management qualification or Quality Assurance qualifications would be desirable, however is not essential.
