We are seeking to appoint a full time Information Advisor to cover a period of maternity leave. You will assist with the day to day operation of the College’s two Information Centres at Harrow-on-the-Hill and Harrow Weald. You will maintain customer service provision within the service area, providing an effective information, advice and enrolment service across both sites to students and potential students, staff and members of the public. Other key responsibilities will be processing course fee payments from students and ensuring all administration is undertaken including maintenance of the College database.
You will have excellent customer service and communication skills, and enjoy dealing with people from a wide range of backgrounds in a busy, customer-focused environment. Administrative experience and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software is required, together with a willingness to work flexibly including occasional evenings on College Open Days.
