HR Advisor

A rare opportunity has arisen to join our Human Resources team based at our Tresham College campus in Kettering as an HR Advisor.  

As our HR Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our colleges and students through, effectively team working, providing a responsive, professional, comprehensive and proactive HR service to stakeholders, with a focus on Employee Relations using standardised policies and process.

Ideal candidates will have previous experience of working within a HR environment, with demonstrable experience of managing cases such as disciplinary, performance, and absence, alongside the following essential qualifications.

  • CIPD Level 5 (Essential)

Contract Type – Bedford College Professional Services Ltd (BCPS Ltd)

  • 37 hours per week (1.0 FTE)
  • 27 days holiday per annum, plus public holidays
  • £27, 583 subject to qualification and experience level, plus benefits
