Course Team Leader: Electrical Installation
HCUC (Harrow College and Uxbridge College) is a very high performing College with offering students an “outstanding quality of education” (Ofsted 2022). We have excellent facilities for our Electrical Installation provision. As Course Team Leader, reporting to the Section Manager for Construction, you would be responsible for the effective curriculum management of a range programmes across plumbing, electrical and multi-skills provision. You would also teach across a range of programmes in Electrical Installation, supervise a team of Lecturers and will be involved in ongoing curriculum development and quality assurance.
You will possess a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation, assessor/verifier awards and experience of teaching Electrical Installation. You should possess an advanced level teaching qualification and have a good understanding of best practice in teaching and learning. You should also have some experience of team supervisory/leadership and preferably some curriculum co-ordination experience.
