We have an exciting opportunity for a Compliance Administrator to work within the Apprenticeship Faculty at our Ruddington Campus.

The Role

You’ll provide support in the planning, monitoring and development of the apprenticeship provision, collating apprenticeship data, ensuring the close monitoring of learner’s progress, achievement and destination / progression.

Confidentiality dealing with people of all levels, both face to face and on the phone and providing administrative support to the Apprenticeship Manager and wider team, you’ll act as first point of contact for Apprentices and their employers.

About You

Candidates will hold NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent in administration) have excellent customer service skills with a high level of proficiency in using computer-based systems and associated software packages. You’ll be hardworking, reliable, motivated and have the ability to work well under pressure, with excellent interpersonal skills, working as a team and independently, planning and prioritising your workload.

Experience within the apprenticeship or education sector would be an advantage, however is not essential.
