We are recruiting a Personal Development Advisor to support students throughout their learning journey from pre-entry to a positive destination.

This is an exciting opportunity to have a real impact on the lives of our learners and to make a real difference. We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated, inspirational individual who will bring empathy and understanding to the variety of challenges individuals may face during their studies.

The successful candidate will need to motivate, encourage and bring energy to the delivery of our support service and will have an aptitude for building positive relationships with a wide range of individuals.  

The post holder will be subject to a PVG Disclosure Scotland membership before commencing employment.
