This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administration professional to join our administration support team. You will lead a team of curriculum administration assistants as well as manage your own administration support portfolio.

You must have demonstrable experience of leading, developing and managing a team. You will also need to have extensive experience of operating effectively as an administrator within a large and complex organisation; prior experience of working for an educational establishment would be advantageous.  A flexible, proactive and resilient attitude in an ever-changing environment will be vital, alongside excellent IT skills, the ability to proactively identify and seek resolutions to problems and the ability to work within tight deadlines.

With an ability to prioritise and self-manage, you will lead and motivate your team, co-ordinate their activity and work collaboratively with students, colleagues and other stakeholders at all levels of seniority. You will have excellent communication, planning and organisation skills, and the ability to pay attention to detail and work as part of a team will be essential to this role.
