We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional individual to join our successful team at Uxbridge College.   You would teach across a range of courses in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, from Level 1 to Level 5.

You will need to possess a degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related area, and have some teaching or training experience in the subject area.  You will be able to deliver a range of technical subjects in Electrical/ Electronic, Control and Computer Engineering such as embedded systems, programming (C, Java, Python, SQL), data and telecommunications, networks, PLCs, control systems.  You will also have good communication skills and be able to engage and motivate young learners aged 16-19.

An advanced level teaching qualification recognised by the FE sector is highly desirable but not essential, and training and support will be provided for the successful candidate to achieve the Diploma in Education and Training.

The College has recently introduced a Working from Home policy. You may be able to work a proportion of your work time from home. Working from Home may be possible where this does not adversely impact on the operational needs of the College.
