The Electrical Installation team are looking for enthusiastic individuals who want to help budding Electricians begin their journey. As a member of our dedicated delivery team, you will be involved in teaching, assessing, producing innovative content, and supporting future developments.

An ideal candidate for the lecturer posts would be able to deliver and assess at least one of the following:

  • theoretical side of the qualifications (e.g. maths, electrical and electronic principles, mechanical principles)
  • academic side of the industry (e.g. understanding regulations, running a business, health and safety)
  • trade practical skills

To be successful in this post, you will need to be able to demonstrate good planning, and a commitment to delivering high quality learning experiences. Excellent communications skills, the ability to work effectively in teams and autonomously are essential. A relevant qualification or significant practical experience are required. Teaching and/or mentoring experience would be advantageous, but training will be provided for the right candidates.
