We are seeking a positive, customer-focused individual to provide an excellent standard of customer service to students, staff and visitors to the College at the Reception desk. You would deal effectively with all incoming telephone calls, operate the switchboard and record all enquiries on the database. The role would also involve dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, taking payments from students during enrolment periods and carrying out general administration.
You should possess excellent customer service skills, with experience gained in a customer-facing role, and be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of people. The ability to remain positive and calm under pressure is also required, and experience of working with young people is desirable. You must be able to work flexibly when required to cover staff absences, and be willing to work at our Uxbridge Campus as well as Hayes.
