ALS Instructor Mathematics – Term time only

We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated Additional Learning Support Instructor with recent experience of support predominantly for Functional Skills Mathematics. You will also be required to offer basic IT and pastoral support when needed. The successful applicant will offer stretch and challenger intervention to students in class and out of class. You will work closely with the Functional Skills Lecturer to ensure students achieve their highest grade and will develop resources and activities which meet students’ individual needs. Successful applicants will have a minimum of level 3 Mathematics qualification in addition to a genuine passion for and confidence in the subject.
