Teaching Assistant - Activ8 Provision

We are looking for a suitably experienced individual to be responsible for providing appropriate support to individual learners to join our bank of Learning Support Assistants and support our existing team. You will work as part of a team contributing to the learning process, encouraging students to work independently and productively across a variety of curriculum areas

We have 2 x posts, one post is working 2 days a week , and a Fixed term post until June 2022

You will contribute to a programme of activities and support designed to remove barriers to learning, assist students with learning difficulties and/or disabilities, encourage active participation in learning to support retention and achievement.

The applicant should have experience of working with students with Learning Difficulties and/or Disabilities and good written and oral communications skills at GCSE level or equivalent.
