An exciting appointment has arisen to appoint an experienced, talented and highly motivated bank Lecturer to join our Business Studies department. With recent successful experience of teaching Business in a post-16 setting, applicants should possess a relevant degree and hold/have a willingness to work towards a recognised teaching qualification.

Applicants will have a commitment to continuous improvement, will contribute to curriculum development and assist with the planning and marketing of courses.  The ideal candidate will deliver high quality teaching and learning, creating a positive environment to enable all learners to reach their full potential in terms of academic, social and personal development.

Based at either the Gorseinon or Tycoch Campus, the successful candidate will deliver on Level 2/3 BTEC Business programmes, AS/A Level Business Studies and the Skills Challenge Certificate.

Applications may be submitted in Welsh and will be treated no less favourably than applications submitted in English.  Gower College Swansea recognises the importance of delivering its services in Welsh and recognises the need to grow its bilingual workforce.  We therefore encourage applications from candidates who can demonstrate good Welsh Language skills
