Examinations and Achievement Administrator (TBCG125541)

We have a great opportunity based at our Kettering and Bedford campus for a Examinations and Achievement Administrator to become a key member of our Examinations and Achievement department.

As a Examinations and Achievement Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our students through:

  • Ensuring the integrity of the examination process
  • Providing a full exams administration service for students and staff in designated centre(s)
  • Working in conjunction with the Senior Examinations & Achievement Administrator/Exams Team Leader to deliver all examinations across all regional sites
  • Dispatching results/certificates and record achievement in a timely manner
  • General Office duties

Our ideal candidates will have experience of entering data on to computerised databases and experience of working with confidential documentation and information, alongside the following qualifications:

  • Maths and English A*-C or L2 equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 GCSE A*-C

Contract Type – Bedford College Professional Services Ltd (BCPS Ltd)

37 hours per week (1.0 FTE) / 52 weeks per year

27 days holiday per annum, plus public holidays

An Enhanced DBS check will be required and you will be required to declare any convictions, cautions, reprimands or final warnings, which would not be filtered in line with current guidance.
