At Nottingham Trent University, we’re proud of being one of the UK’s most innovative and inclusive higher education institutions. We’ve recently received several awards highlighting our excellent work, including The Guardian University of the Year 2019.
The Centre for Academic Development and Quality is a dynamic and creative department, working with colleagues across the University. We are passionate about the success of our students. We are sector-leading in active collaborative learning, with a focus on addressing barriers to student success.
We are seeking to recruit a committed individual who shares our values to work in our apprenticeships team. Apprenticeships at NTU are an area of focus and growth. We have over 1,500 apprentices currently on programme and work with over 430 employers to successfully deliver apprenticeship training, with 92% of those employers recommending our courses. The Apprenticeships Compliance Officer role is a key part of this work.
We are looking for an individual with an excellent eye for detail to ensure compliance with all regulations for apprenticeship delivery. You will have a flexible approach to work along with knowledge of regulatory requirements for apprenticeship delivery, monitoring and funding. A strong communicator, you will have experience of working in a busy office environment, be able to prioritise your workload effectively and work independently using your own initiative.
Applications are invited from suitably experienced and qualified colleagues.
NTU prides itself on being an inclusive employer. We value and celebrate equality in opportunities, and we welcome applications from people who reflect the diversity of our communities.
