Perth College UHI is one of Scotland’s leading Colleges of Further and Higher Education, and a large partner in Scotland’s newest University, the University of the Highlands and Islands.
We are currently looking for a Lecturer – Hospitality on a fixed term, variable hours basis to complement our existing team. The successful applicant will teach on Professional Cookery/Bakery, across our curriculum and including schools’ programmes, when cover is required, and new programmes are developed.
It is important to be flexible, proactive and versatile and able to teach across the range of our programmes from schools’ programmes, FE to Degree level.
The successful candidate will be educated to degree level with recent teaching or training experience with learners, delivering at a high success rate.
