We are looking for an individual to join our expanding in house catering team at the Doncaster College. The role will undertake all aspects of the catering industry including basic food preparation, customer service, cash handling, barista work & general cleaning duties. Previous experience within the industry preferred, but not essential as full on site training will be given.  We operate predominantly Monday through to Friday. The successful candidate will need to pass a food hygiene and a food safety certificate & undergo a DBS check.

Previous coffee shop experience in a barista role desirable.

The role is 40 weeks per year, covering the coffee bar, opening hours that sit outside of normal term time. The facility opens Monday- Thursday from 8am – 7.30pm, Friday 8am-4pm to cover the open hours there is a shift pattern.

 You will work all the following shifts:

•           Week 1 is 7.30am -3pm, 2.30pm on a Friday.

•           Week 2 is 12.30pm-8pm, Fridays are 9.30-4.30pm

Shifts are worked alternate weeks with another Catering Assistant/Barista.
