We have an exciting opportunity for an Interim HR Manager for a period of 18 months. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a driven, ambitious manager who has broad human resources experience to join our small but very busy People Team.

The HR Manager will play a fundamental role in developing the College into a high performing organisation.  You will lead a team of 5 HR professionals and will be responsible for; planning, developing, co-ordinating, reviewing and evaluating the requirements of staff to meet our strategic objectives. The scope of the work is varied, ranging from further developing and implementing our HR Strategy and workforce development plans and delivering a Learning and Development Strategy that ensures the College has the right mix of skills and ability to deliver our aspirational curriculum to learners.

You will already have management experience, leading a team to deliver results, be a self-starter with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a HR degree or postgraduate qualification and must be CIPD Qualified and preferably have experience in working in a Unionised environment.  You will be a great relationship builder and be able to juggle multiple commitments, working at a fast pace.
