The Position: We’re looking for 3 Wellbeing Hub Coordinators (fixed term up to 18 months) – each role is 25 hours x 36 weeks (term-time).
Requirements for the role:
- Level 3 in a relevant youth work or mental health related field
- Awareness of strategies to support Students with a range of needs including social, emotional and behavioural
- Experience of running support groups
Responsibilities for the role:
- To work with students identified as dealing with mental health issues across all college campus locations.
- Provide appropriate resources, activities and sign posting opportunities to support students with their mental health.
- Develop and lead support groups for students on identified mental health issues as and when required.
The Location: The posts will be based at Nuneaton, Wigston and Hinckley. This is a great place to live with plenty of social and sport facilities together with great transport links.

What we do
North Warwickshire and South Leicestershire College (NWSLC) is a large Further Education college offering a wide range of full-time, part-time, Higher Education and Apprenticeship programmes over six campuses based within Warwickshire and Leicestershire.
