After three successive years of growth, we are now driving forward with our exciting plans to enhance the quality and standards of learning at Loughborough College. We need a Director of Operations who is enthusiastic and confident - someone who can match our ambition, pace, energy; someone with extensive project management experience to support the significant expansion in estates and infrastructure; someone who will ensure operational delivery whilst building and developing strategic relationships with large employers.

You will provide leadership, ownership and accountability for IT, Projects, Marketing and Student Recruitment ensuring that best practice is adopted and continually improved upon. You will be a key member of our Executive Team.

The successful candidate will have a degree as well as a project management qualification and previous experience of successfully leading a business development/commercial function.
