We are looking to recruit a Receptionist for EMTEC our Automotive Apprenticeship Faculty at Ruddington. Applicants should have a strong background in administration, customer service and be confident in dealing with people of all levels both face to face and on the phone.

We are looking for a front facing role which promote safeguarding, inclusion and health and safety from the first point of contact. Do you possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to utilise these skills with a wide range of visitors/apprentices/colleagues demonstrating empathy and professionalism at all times.You will utilise excellent administration skills whilst working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the service provided is outstanding and meet the needs of the customer.

Do you have experience in the following?

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Written and verbal)
  • Work in a complex and diverse apprentices/students /customers focused environment
  • High standard of administrative skills
  • Highly effective organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Work well under pressure
  • Ability to use computer based systems and associated software packages
