This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of the Wellbeing Team. The role covers the delivery of the whole wellbeing offer for our students, including enrichment activities, health and wellbeing and engagement. The College is committed to equipping students to be highly successful in their chosen destination of employment or Higher Education and the wellbeing programme plays a part in supporting their journey. You will be an ambitious, self-motivated individual, with experience of working with young people to support their wellbeing.

This role is a unique opportunity to shape the wellbeing services for our students, to give them the best possible experience whilst at the College. The Wellbeing Co-ordinator will have their own safeguarding responsibilities managing safeguarding referrals and case load work. You will work as part of a wellbeing team to ensure safeguarding is given a high priority within the college. For students, ensure barriers for progression are removed so all students are supported to reach their potential.

Working with staff and partners, you will ensure that processes and procedures are well-known and adhered to, and action plans are developed to ensure we are meeting our obligations.

With an eye for detail, you will be working with a team of dedicated people who are ambitious for our students, who are at the heart of everything we do.

The post will be shortlisted against the essential and desirable criteria at application stage from the person specification. Please ensure that you have a look at this specification attached to the Role Profile and complete your application directly from this, as these specifications are an integral part of the selection process.

For further details on this post which the job description and person specification cannot answer for you, please contact Rebecca Butcher on 07973 834325 or email rebecca.butcher@nottinghamcollege.ac.uk.
