We have an exciting opportunity for a Campus Services Manager to join our team, predominantly based at our Basford Campus, however with a requirement to work on any of our college sites.

The Role

You will be integral in taking responsibility for the management and delivery of caretaking, property maintenance, porterage and security services at the Basford & NSEC, Arthur Mee (Stapleford), Haydn Road and Ruddington campuses. Responsible for creating and managing a cohesive high performing team, which provides an excellent standard of service to the community and users on each site, you will therefore be able to work effectively as part of a team and simultaneously inspire the team.

About You

We are looking for candidates who have excellent operational skills, a strong people manager, ideally from a similar sector and / or similar role, ideally with sound technical knowledge.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) along with strong customer service experience are a must as you will be responsible for collaborating across the department and College to ensure the service proposals are of the expected standard and aligned with interconnected departments. You will also need to communicate effectively with stakeholders including governors, senior leadership team and project sponsors.

You will also be part of an out of hours’ rota working evenings and/or weekends and out of hours as required including responding to emergency situations.
