Moulton College are looking for an experienced Farm Administrator to join our well established Farm based on College grounds.

Your Duties
We are looking for a driven and efficient administrator who can effectively support the Farm provision within the College.

Key elements of this role will include core administrative and organisational support, including financial and physical records, collation, analysis and reporting of key data, and effective communication with students and other stakeholders. You will also directly contribute to the completion of key funding and other regulatory returns. There will also be a requirement to maintain a register of goods and stock leaving the Farm and Estate to ensure correct processing of invoices.

Person Specification
This is a fast paced environment with a need to work on a number of projects and tasks at once, so if you have strong organisational and time management skills, experience and ability to read, analyse and interpret sometimes complex information, and possess good inter-personal skills we would love to hear from you.

Experience working within a similar based role within a commercial Farm is essential.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in farm administration and possess a relevant professional qualification or proven track record, have a minimum of Grade C in GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent), and a commitment to, and evidence of CPD. An NVQ in Business Administration / Customer Service or equivalent would be advantageous.
