We are currently recruiting for a HR Systems Analyst to join our busy but friendly and supportive HR Team.
The HR Systems Analyst will provide process and systems support to managers and colleagues across the Group. Working alongside a HR Systems Manager and a HR Systems Analyst, you will support the development, expansion and maintenance of the HR systems platforms (iTrent, Networx, Stonefish, Business Objects). This will include providing reporting and analytics, systems administration, user support and training, routine maintenance as required and working with key stakeholders to develop the system and enhance the end user experience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Work in partnership with IT and MIS colleagues to ensure the HR system is fully integrated with other Group systems as needed to provide an outstanding HR service
- Work closely with MIS to develop, test and deploy people dashboards in Power BI (for example performance review information, business planning data, statutory reporting)
- Contribute to, and assist with, the maintenance and development of the iTrent system
- Provide user support and training as needed to enable colleagues to use the HR system and associated data effectively
- Manage user accounts to provide a great user experience and ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Plan and produce external reports to comply with statutory and legislative requirements (Association of Colleges, HMRC, National Statistics etc)
- Experience of data analysis, data manipulation and problem solving
- Knowledge or experience of HR Systems particularly iTrent and Business Objects
- Experience of inputting, maintaining and integrating a HR system
- Able to extract, interpret and analyse complex information and produce reports
- An understanding of Power BI
