Plastering Tutor

Due to the growth in the sector, we now have an exciting opportunity to expand our construction department with a new lecturer in the curriculum area of Plastering.

The successful applicant will be motivated and an experienced practitioner and be able to deliver plastering to fulltime/Apprentices up to level 3. You will also be expected to undertake course leadership duties as required.

You must have experience of working within the relevant industry and hold qualifications relevant to this profession, with a minimum of Level 3, and be able to teach technical qualifications to Level 3.  A Teaching or Assessor qualification would be an advantage.

You will be enthusiastic and fully committed to working with young people. You will also have excellent communication skills and be able to work both independently and as part of a team.

You will ideally be a qualified teacher; however financial support may be available to gain a teaching qualification if you do not currently hold one but have substantial industry knowledge and experience in this curriculum area.
