We are looking to recruit two Catch Up Coaches at High Pavement Sixth Form to join our team. The successful applicants will be an enthusiastic, positive and caring individuals to take on this important role to help support our full-time A Levels and GCSE to reach their potential. You will have an understanding of the needs of further education (FE) students and the barriers they face in achieving their dreams, you will be expected to work closely with the A level and GCSE academic teams and therefore require excellent communication skills. You will have a vital role in the pastoral support of our learners and a key part of this will be monitoring attendance and setting action plans and targets for learners. You will provide some pastoral and 1-1 support sessions and work with learners to support their study with their respective subjects.

You should have recent experience of working with young people and, in the FE sector would be desirable, you should have the ability to work as part of a team be able to develop and share innovative and stimulating learning resources.

Successful applicants must be passionate about working in the FE sector, and be committed to ensuring that our learners make the best possible progress. As such, applicants must also have the ability to work under pressure and adapt to change.
