Workforce Development Team Member (Administrator) Maternity Cover

Duration = March 2022 to April 2023 with potential to become a permanent role

Workforce Development is a department of DN Colleges Group focused on providing industry focused and educational qualifications to employers, business owners and their staff.

We are the primary delivery department of the College for commercial, European Social Fund Skills Support for the Workforce (ESF SSW) and the Adult Education Budget (AEB) funded work-based programmes. The department delivers learning and development at the learner’s place of work or through open courses run at one of our two College sites (Doncaster & Scunthorpe) HESTA (Hull) or at CATCH (Stallingborough).

We deliver bespoke programmes for employers.  These include industry relevant and educational qualifications, alongside non-accredited personal development courses.

The administration support Team’s work is varied and includes liaising with client companies to build up long term relationships, answering leaner/client enquiries, booking learners onto courses, taking payments and supporting business development. Also, you will be working internally with colleagues, other Departments and externally with other Colleges.

The role can be based at either North Lindsey College or Doncaster College, but willing to work at the other site during the week, travel expenses available.
