Leeds Sixth Form College prides itself on its students' journeys to success. We are looking for an outstanding candidate to support the management team in driving the attendance strategy.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • To communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders on all matters relating to the role and ensure that these relationships are managed and improved for the good of the Campus
  • To play an active role in managing projects as necessary and provide solutions that continuously improve campus systems and processes 
  • To provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders ensuring that a professional service is proved at all times and that Campus KPI’s are continuously met
  • Ensuring that facilities and services are highly efficient on site
  • Provide data analysis to provide accurate interpretation and reporting in line with campus deadlines in an accurate and timely manner

YOUR PROFILE 

  • GCSEs including English and maths (or equivalent qualifications)
  • Health & Safety training or willingness to undertake training
  • Fully qualified First Aider or willingness to undertake training Level 3 or above or qualification
  • Extremely customer focused, with a proven track record of understanding and responding to customer demand
  • Experience of working in an operations focused support service organisation
  • A proven track record in working to time critical requests and responding effectively
  • Experience of developing and monitoring performance against service quality standards and service level agreements
  • A proven ability to interpret data and produce clear and concise reports

If you are an EU, EEA or Swiss citizen and you were resident in the UK on or before 31 December 2020, you have until 30 June 2021 to apply to the EU Settlement Scheme, you can continue to prove your right to work in the UK with your passport and identity card up until 30 June 2021. 

There is no change to immigration and right to work for British and Irish Citizens.
