HR Business Partner

In this role you will work in partnership with managers, key stakeholders and HR colleagues to shape, develop and deliver HR plans and solutions in line with the needs and priorities of the College. You will provide high quality advice, guidance and support to staff and managers across designated directorates, ensuring the HR function is responsive, customer focused and in line with current employment legislation, best practice and inspection standards. 

 You will support the implementation of the College’s HR strategy, policies and processes and take responsibility for the implementation of a wide range of organisational development initiatives and plan and deliver staff development and wellbeing initiatives as required.
