Loughborough College are looking for an enthusiastic, conscientious and flexible MIS Officer to work in the Management Information Services department within the Timetables & Registers team.

This will involve assisting in providing an efficient timetabling and register system to the College, and for supporting staff in the effective use of such systems.  The co-ordination and sending out of student references in relation to their continued education or employment.  Ensuring all College policies and procedures are tracked, current and published and producing reports on key data where required.

Maintenance and control of the College archiving processes in line with the College Data Protection and Document Retention policies.  Assist in external information requests and have a general understanding/interest in data protection.

This is a great opportunity for someone interested in data and systems to develop knowledge and experience.  To be considered for this position you’ll already have Maths and English GCSE passes or equivalent, excellent communication skills, attention to detail and a flexible approach.
