We currently have a Commercial Coordinator opportunity for an enthusiastic, talented and highly respected individual.

The successful candidate will provide leadership, direction and support to a team of staff in Housing, Facilities Management and Health & Safety coordinating activity to ensure high quality provision for learners and employers.

You will lead, motivate and inspire a team of Trainers, Tutor Assessors and IV’s to drive the business forward commercially whilst actively researching and identifying new curriculum and business opportunities to support growth.

You will possess a Level 5 qualification or equivalent in Health & Safety, Housing or Facilities Management and have commercial knowledge, experience and understanding of industry, including training needs.

Ideally you will possess the A1 Assessor Award and/or V1 Internal Verifiers award,  Level 7 qualification or equivalent and a recognised Teaching and Learning qualification e.g. PGCE or be willing to work towards.

Appointments will normally be made to the bottom of the salary scale with annual increments on 1st August each year (subject to completing 6 months service).
