What you will be doing:

We are currently recruiting a Senior HR Business Partner to join our busy, friendly and supportive HR Team.

You’ll be responsible for managing the HR activity in your designated areas, supporting complex employee relations cases, coaching and supporting managers through people processes and working collaboratively with the other areas in the group to ensure a consistent approach is adopted, throughout key people practices.

Working in partnership with the other HR colleagues to ensure that your areas are compliant with current employment law practices, you will be supporting and providing sound legislative advice to managers using a pragmatic and proactive approach. You will be joining a team who are on a journey to implementing a shared service across the Luminate Education Group and are working to support the development of a fantastic work environment and culture.

What we are looking for:

The successful candidate will be someone who can build strong relationships, influence stakeholders and provide useful and constructive feedback. They will have a strong HR background with sound judgement and the ability to remain objective and pragmatic. You will have a proven ability to develop successful working relationships with senior stakeholders and the ability to balance a coaching and challenging style to drive great outcomes. You will be able to utilise data to help inform decision making and help navigate complex employee relation scenarios, coupled with project work and supporting the development and actualisation of the Group People Strategy. If you are an EU, EEA or Swiss citizen and you were resident in the UK on or before 31 December 2020, you have until 30 June 2021 to apply to the EU Settlement Scheme, you can continue to prove your right to work in the UK with your passport and identity card up until 30 June 2021. 

There is no change to immigration and right to work for British and Irish Citizens.
