Dudley Academies Trust is looking to appoint a Trust Estates Manager as part of our growing central team.
A vacancy has arisen for an exceptional candidate to lead the estates function of our central team at an exciting time for Dudley Academies Trust. Following the recent completion of over £12m of condition improvement works across the Trusts estates, a significant future investment of school condition allocation funding will continue to develop the very strong foundations achieved under the CIF programme.
The successful candidate will have a wide experience of estates management, ideally within the education sector and will lead a developing team of estates colleagues.
Based at the Trust central offices this post will report to the Chief Operating Officer and oversee all aspects of the Trust’s estate management and health and safety.
You will be joining the Trust at an exciting time as we are continuing our journey to provide a first-class education for the young people of Dudley, with outstanding teaching and learning being the Trust’s foremost priority.
Dudley Academies Trust was formed in September 2017 under the sponsorship of Dudley College of Technology. Our Trust schools are St James Academy, The Link Academy, Pegasus Academy, Beacon Hill Academy and Blowers Green Primary. Further growth of the trust is planned for 2022. The Trust when combined with the sponsor, annually supports 8,500 young people aged 4 to 19 years old and employs almost 1,300 staff.

A common and extensive programme of staff development operates across the Trust, this is extended to senior and middle leaders, aspiring leaders, teaching and support staff and non-qualified teachers.
