Student Bursary & Admissions Officer

Your Duties
You will lead the bursary awards process ensuring a high quality experience for current and prospective students. In addition you will support the Director of Student Services in supporting our distance learning provision and support a positive user experience in our Student Services function when responding to course and financial support enquiries and completing student interviews. You will support the accurate processing of applications You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate student files and database records.

Person Specification
You will have experience of working within a similar admissions or finance environment. You will have obtained a minimum of grade C or equivalent in GCSE English & Maths, and are committed to, and have evidence of CPD. In addition you may also have a finance based qualification such as AAT. You will be well organised and have strong numerical skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You will be committed to providing outstanding customer service and be committed to maintaining the currency of your knowledge and practice by engaging with training and development.
