Job description

Due to further expansion of our curriculum offer we are looking for: Programme Tutors for Health and Social Care - Both full time and part time posts available . We are keen to here from applicants from with a health background and experience in the field of counselling.

Is this you?

The successful applicants will have an opportunity to develop their passion for education, playing a pivotal role in the continued development and delivery of our wide ranging curriculum offer.  You should have an excellent understanding of what makes learning engaging through the use of case studies, and in addition you’ll have excellent ‘front of house’ skills and be excited about promoting T Levels at a variety of events.

You will be expected to:

  • Teach to a high standard and demonstrate the relevant skills to teach truly outstanding masterclasses, lectures and collaborative project based learning.
  • Work with colleagues to create provision that excites and stimulates demand
  • Be able to deliver to current industry standards, relating this to working methods and practices found in your industry today.

Candidates should have a commitment to providing high quality learning to enable all learners to achieve their full potential.  The ability to truly work as a team player is also essential.  The post holder will be expected to demonstrate outstanding organisational and interpersonal skills.

Candidates should possess either proven experience in industry or a good honours degree in a related subject (or a combination of both). Ideally you will hold a teaching qualification, or be committed to obtain a suitable qualification once in post. If you are a professional from industry without a teaching qualification we will fast –track you through a paid teaching qualification and provide a reduced timetable to allow you to complete it.
