This is a new role in the College working in conjunction with the Head of Work Based Learning and the Work Based Learning management team to enhance the Work Based Learning provision within the College to meet the needs of learners’ and employers’ to a high quality standard.

You will plan and monitor the performance across all College delivery partners to provide excellent outcomes for learners and ensure a high quality service to meet the needs of employers, apprentices and our delivery partners, enhancing communication across the College and its delivery partners and ensuring operational effectiveness is maximised.

Degree qualified, or equivalent experience, and with previous experience of working with Work Based Learning contracts and delivery partners and knowledge of Welsh Government Work Based Learning contract specifications, you will have knowledge of audit and compliance requirements and processes.

An excellent verbal and written communicator you will be an inspirational leader with ability to influence stakeholders and be passionate about the quality provision of Work Based Learning and the differences it can make to learners and employers.

With the ability to build strong internal and external relationships you must have strong influencing and negotiation skills.
