Byddwch hefyd yn gyfrifol am sicrhau bod systemau a gweithdrefnau ar waith i ddiogelu iechyd, diogelwch a lles staff, myfyrwyr, ymwelwyr, contractwyr a’r amgylchedd. Bydd gofyn i chi fod yn gyfrifol am gydymffurfiaeth â deddfwriaethau IDA cyfredol, codau ymarfer a chanllawiau ledled pob adran.

Rhaid i chi feddu ar Ddiploma NEBOSH neu radd mewn Iechyd a Diogelwch ac, yn ddelfrydol, cymhwyster rheoli’r Amgylchedd. Byddwch hefyd yn aelod IOSH siartredig neu’n barod i weithio tuag at ennill aelodaeth. Bydd gennych brofiad blaenorol o weithio mewn rôl IDA a gwybodaeth dda iawn o fframweithiau deddfwriaethol. Mae sgiliau cyfathrebu a phrofiad o ddylanwadi ar eraill yn hanfodol ar gyfer y rôl hon.

Ni cheir ceisiadau Cymraeg eu trin yn llai ffafriol na cheisiadau Saesneg.

Mae Coleg Gwyr Abertawe yn ymrwymedig i ddiogelu a hyrwyddo lles pobl ifanc ac yn disgwyl i’r holl staff rhannu’r ymrwymiad hwn. Bydd penodiadau eu gwneud ar sail gwiriad DBS manylach a bydd gofyn i chi ymaelodi â Chyngor Gweithlu Addysg Cymru.

Fel rheol, bydd penodiadau yn cael eu gwneud ar waelod y raddfa gyflog gyda chynyddrannau blynyddol ar 1 Awst bob blwyddyn (ar yr amod eich bod wedi cwblhau 6 mis o wasanaeth).

Sylwch y bydd y cyfweliadau ar gyfer y swydd hon yn debygol o gael eu cynnal yn y Flwyddyn Newydd.
