ESOL Lecturer

A vacancy has occurred within the outstanding DN Colleges ESOL Department for a qualified lecturer preferably with a Person-Centred approach to teaching. This full time post will require you to teach on a range of adult ESOL programmes as well as the 16-18 Programmes of Study. The ability to deliver Functional Skills mathematics at E1-E3 to ESOL learners would be an advantage.

You will have a knowledge of curriculum planning and development to meet the needs of all learners and be prepared to assist with managing all aspects of the learner journey from recruitment, initial assessment, tutorial and pastoral support, teaching, learning, assessment and feedback to learners, as well as managing student records, achievement and quality related tasks. This is an exciting time to join this growing experienced team and support the development of the ESOL department at DN Colleges Group based at Doncaster College.
