We are looking to engage an Administration Apprentice to work in Compliance. The role will be diverse. As we continue to grow so do our employees and their roles. We pride ourselves that we offer outside training and inhouse promotion possibilities.
Working week: Monday - Friday, Start: 9am, Finish: 5pm with 30 min lunch break daily.
Total hours per week: 37.50
Homeserve Furniture Repairs Ltd is the UK and Ireland’s largest Furniture Repair Network boasting over 250 contractors + employees. Our Independently owned Business provides onsite repairs for direct consumers from the High Street Retail sector and manufacturers direct. We cover both Retail Domestic Markets.

Below are several key Responsibilities and skills we are looking for as below:
Key Responsibilities
· PC literate
· Polite and well-mannered as telephony training in our call centre environment receiving a high volume of calls both inbound and outbound will be integral to the role – training will be given.
· A passion to deliver Customer service. Being able to maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times. With quick response.
· Excellent Communication skills using various channels.
· Adaptable with willingness to learn and undertake training.
· Speedily and effectively responding to all business and customer needs as required.
· Communicating and co ordinating with colleagues as necessary.
· Processing reports and data – raising invoices. With a keen ability to read, absorb, understand and communicate instruction to detail to a high standard. Full training given.
· Contacting customers to book appointments. Full training given.
· A methodical, assertive and self-managed individual able to effectively and productively manage their time and workload.
