We are looking to recruit a full- time permanent Higher Education Manager as part of the Cross-College Academic Team. In this role, you will ensure the efficient running of the day to day operations of the HE Central Support functions across the College. The post holder will be instrumental in ensuring all aspects of the college-wide HE strategy are implemented and achieved, and responsible for delivering a high-quality student experience.
The ideal candidate will have experience of the HE Sector (or HE in FE), knowledge of educational data returns, quality processes and cycles. You will also be a professional, hardworking and confident team player with knowledge and/or experience in a higher education environment.
As a highly organised Administration Manager, the successful candidate will demonstrate strong people management skills as well as the ability to refine and implement robust processes to ensure compliance. A self-starter, this individual will be proactive, positive and solutions-focused. With excellent communications skills they will be confident and able to build effective internal and external working relationships.
