You will ensure the collection and collation of all paperwork to support External Funding projects.  Working closely with relevant staff, you will be required to maintain information on project outcomes and targets and also the financial aspects of the project.  You will also be responsible for ensuring that appropriate systems are established to support the delivery of these projects.

You will hold a Level 2 (GCSE or equivalent) Maths & English qualification and have an NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent.  Experience of processing large volumes of paperwork and working in a busy office environment are essential, as are excellent IT skills. Experience of administering externally funded projects and working with external partners would be desirable.

Applications may be submitted in Welsh and will be treated no less favourably than applications submitted in English.  Gower College Swansea recognises the importance of delivering its services in Welsh and recognises the need to grow its bilingual workforce.  We therefore encourage applications from candidates who can demonstrate good Welsh Language skills

Appointments will normally be made to the bottom of the salary scale with annual increments on 1st August each year (subject to completing 6 months service).

Byddwch yn casglu a choladu’r holl waith papur er mwyn cefnogi prosiectau Cyllid Allanol. Gan weithio’n agos â staff perthnasol, bydd gofyn i chi gynnal gwybodaeth ar ganlyniadau a thargedau’r prosiect, yn ogystal â’r ochr gyllidol. Byddwch hefyd yn gyfrifol am sicrhau bod systemau priodol wedi cael eu gosod er mwyn cefnogi rhediad y prosiectau.
