You will be part of a vibrant College Community of students and staff, not to mention the squirrels and foxes that are regular visitors to the office garden.

The role is 52 weeks a year and we have a generous holiday entitlement including 3 additional discretionary days at Christmas providing for the full Christmas to New Year closure.

The core on-site hours are Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00 and 09:00 - 17:30 on a rota basis.

Your duties

You will provide a professional, efficient, accurate and confidential HR administration service for Moulton College. You will develop and maintain quality administrative systems and procedures to support the work of the Human Resources Team and the College. This will include the maintenance of employee files; processing of recruitment data and payroll information; maintenance of the HR database; administering and recording the recruitment and selection process; dealing with enquiries; administering the workforce development programme; and so much more!

This is a varied role in a busy, focused and friendly team and would suit either an experienced Administrator or a newly qualified Human Resources professional with an administration background.

We are looking for an individual with a minimum of grade C in Maths and English and a Level 3 CIPD or equivalent, or a willingness to study this alongside the role. You will have experience of working in a similar role and of working in a professional, customer-focused office environment. You will be able to work at pace and will have a flexible approach to work to ensure you can meet the needs of our diverse business.
