WHAT WE DO 

  • The Innovation and Development team work across the Luminate Education Group, together with colleagues and sometimes external stakeholders we work on developing and coordinating projects from conception to finish.
  • Many of our projects are part of the corporate social responsibility agenda, or developed to answer a need that sits outside of traditional education or training as we know it. We work on sourcing funding, writing bids, developing projects, generating leads for projects, connecting teams, communicating good practice or news and networking across the group and region. We are looking for a passionate and keen individual who is interested in learning and working alongside us.
  • There will be a variety of project communication and creative content work, but most importantly this role will be a key support to the team in driving continuous improvement, cohesion and collaboration across the group, utilising creative outlets.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • This role will provide support to the Innovation & Development Team as principal assistant for creative content-creation and clear communication channels
  • The Project Assistant will play an active role in supporting the Group Innovation and Project Coordinator in designing, creating, and communicating the delivery of projects and events across the Group, in addition to providing general administrative assistance to the Innovation & Development Team.
  • Ensuring all projects are on track with communications being clear and effective. There will be scope to work on existing projects, co-create new projects, and champion good practice in creative fields within a supportive framework that allows for personal development.

  • Excellent attention to detail; particularly spelling and grammar

There is no change to immigration and right to work for British and Irish Citizens.
