Student Services Administrator
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Student Services team supporting all aspects of the student journey. Working in a core area of College operations you will provide support to our potential students of the future as they complete their application to our courses as well as those students returning to complete their courses. Ensuring that they receive an exemplary service and experience at all times is a key focus of this role.
You will be a first point of contact for for potential students looking to join the college to support them as they complete their applications. In addition you will liaise with a range of other teams to arrange student interviews; complete student enrolments; complete course transfers and process bursaries. You will also ensure our MIS systems are up to date and all student documentation is completed and signed to meet our regulatory requirements. You should also be flexible and be willing to assist in other areas including reception cover and exam invigilation. You will be supported to develop your knowledge of the courses offered by the college and will be expected to keep this knowledge up to date through regular CPD to support the efficient handling of enquiries.

You will have a minimum of a grade C/grade 4 in GCSE Maths and English Language (or equivalent) and ideally a further level 3 qualification in Business Administration; Customer Service or similar. You will be highly organised with experience of working in roles requiring regular customer contact and be able to demonstrate a genuine commitment to providing a first class customer experience. With a flexible approach to your work you will be a competent user of IT systems with a strong team ethic.
