Perth College UHI is one of Scotland’s leading Colleges of Further and Higher Education, and a large partner in Scotland’s newest University, the University of the Highlands and Islands.

We are looking to appoint an experienced administrator to support the smooth running of quality activity at the college.  They will be required to provide an excellent customer facing service and high-level administrative support to ensure effective and efficient operation of quality procedures.   The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in an educational institution and within a busy office environment.

The successful candidate will work alongside the Quality Team to facilitate the smooth running of the service provided by them at Perth College.   Providing excellent customer facing service and support to both internal and external service users. To monitor and facilitate the College quality assurance and enhancement processes, maintain the quality databases, maintain and update the Quality Sharepoint sites and facilitate the records management of key quality documentation.

Working in a small quality team the post holder will liaise with academic and professional college staff, students, and key external stakeholders.  The work will be conducted within the auspices of the Scottish Funding Council, Awarding Bodies (including UHI), Education Scotland, and Quality Assurance Agency to fulfil key Government priorities and other legislative directives.

Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will be a confident communicator, have the ability to work with students, all levels of staff in the College and external stakeholders, be able to work in a team as well as autonomously, when required.
