Careers and Employment Coach 0.5 FTE

An exciting opportunity has arisen within Bridgend College! We are recruiting for a Careers and Employment Coach.

In this role, you will lead Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) services across the college, improve recruitment of prospective students onto the correct programmes of study, develop and enhance opportunities for all students to engage, and build upon and develop existing relationships with feeder schools to enhance school liaison and impartial advice and guidance to school pupils (pre-16).

If you have experience of working with young people in an advisory role and experience of providing information, advice, and guidance to a wide range of individuals, we want to hear from you!
