We have a rare opportunity for a HR Adviser to become a key member of our Human Resources and Payroll team, based at our Tresham College campus in Kettering.
As our HR Adviser, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our colleges and students through, effectively team working, providing a responsive, professional, comprehensive and proactive HR service to stakeholders, with a focus on Employee Relations using standardised policies and process, alongside HR Administration.
Our ideal candidates will have previous experience of working within a HR environment, demonstrating knowledge and experience of Employee Relationships and Case Management, alongside the following qualification.
- CIPD Level 3 (or currently working towards)

Contract Type – Bedford College Professional Services Ltd (BCPS Ltd)
- 37 hours per week (1.0 FTE)
- 27 days holiday per annum, plus public holidays
- circa £27,000 per annum, plus benefits
