We are currently recruiting for a HR Systems Analyst to join our busy but friendly HR & OD team, working across the FE colleges within the group.
The HR & OD team specialise in all aspects of people management including disciplinary issues, sickness absence and performance management, as well as supporting recruitment and the new starter process. Our team supports each different department and campus across the Luminate Group to provide a proactive, end to end service for our clients.
The HR Systems Analyst will support the day-to-day running of the HR system providing systems administration, user support and routine maintenance as required.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Work in partnership with IT and MIS colleagues to ensure the HR system is fully integrated with other Group systems as needed to provide an outstanding HR service
- Work closely with MIS to develop, test and deploy people dashboards in Power BI (for example performance review information, business planning data, statutory reporting)
- Provide user support and training as needed to enable colleagues to use the HR system and associated data effectively
- Manage user accounts to provide a great user experience and ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Plan and produce external reports to comply with statutory and legislative requirements (Association of Colleges, HMRC, National Statistics etc)
YOUR PROFILE
- Experience of data analysis, data manipulation and problem solving
- Knowledge of use of Online Platforms and Microsoft Office Packages, including Word and Excel
- Experience of inputting, maintaining and interrogating an HR system
- Able to extract, interpret and analyse complex information and produce reports
- Q3. Understanding of Power BI
